When will my first letter arrive?
We send your first mailer within 1–2 weeks of subscribing. After that, you can expect a new delivery every week to month depending on your subscription frequency.
Can I send this as a gift?
Yes! Many of our subscribers gift Postmarked Heaven to a friend or loved one. Just select the gift option at checkout, and we’ll make sure their mailer feels as personal and meaningful as if it were sent directly from you.
What subscription frequency is recommended?
Each collection has a different recommended subscription frequency as every season of life has different needs. There is also the add-on option to double your letters!

Are the letters handwritten?
Each letter is designed and printed for consistency but written in a way that feels like it was penned just for you—personal, thoughtful, and prayerfully prepared. Each letter may vary as they are written by different members of the community.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes! If you choose a monthly subscription, you can cancel anytime. If a month’s mailer has already shipped, you’ll still receive that month, and your subscription will end before the next billing cycle.
For a yearly subscription, you have 30 days from your purchase date to cancel for a full refund. After 30 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you’ll continue receiving your remaining mailers through the end of your term.
What if my mailer arrives damaged or missing?
Please let us know right away! We’ll happily send a replacement so you never miss the encouragement waiting for you inside.
Where does the scripture come from?
Each scripture is taken directly from the Holy Bible. We prayerfully select passages that align with the theme of each collection and the season of life it speaks into. Scriptures may be drawn from trusted translations such as the ESV, NIV, NLT, and others. Each verse is quoted in its original wording so you can reflect on it in your own preferred Bible as well.
Who writes the letters?
Every letter and scripture pairing is lovingly written and chosen by members of our faith community. While we take great care in prayer and preparation, we are not professional theologians or editors. You may notice small imperfections in grammar or wording along the way — but our heart is to share encouragement and truth, not polished perfection.
